METAL is proud to have been nominated for The Washtenaw Soul Award, one of the four 2014 Think Local First Indie Awards. The Washtenaw Soul Award is awarded to a business that represents the unique spirit of Washtenaw County by celebrating diversity, creativity, is confident in their individuality and supports their community.

Here at METAL, we firmly believe that we would not be here without the support and warmth from the local community, which is why we often strive to host and be involved with events that are not necessarily related to our usual business operations.

Architectural Resource and Meadowlark Builders, both of which work with METAL, received the Platinum Green Remodel Design Award from Professional Remodelers Magazine in 2011 for their remodel project on the Nautilus House.

METAL was honored by the International Interior Design Association as the Small Booth Design Winner at NeoCon East 2013.
